New amendments to Portugal’s blacklist

In 2016, Jersey, Uruguay and the Isle of Man were excluded from the Portuguese Tax Authorities’ blacklist.

However, the State Budget for 2018 came to revoke the 2016 law, triggering the repristination of the previous list.

The updated list, which again includes these three countries, is in force since January 1st, 2018.
